One of our favorite locomotive types is the SD45 and it's variants, so since WC has lots of SD45's and some F45's, it seemed like a natural to shoot. WC was very nice to us, we got tours of the dispatchers office and shops at Stevens Point, and a tour of the shops at Fond du Lac. We caught a GP3O and SDL39 on Byron Hill, a taconite train on the hill with 2 SP AC's and 2 WC units, DM&IR SD9's, UP run through trains, lots of SD45's, some SD24's and an SD35, F45's and boy d0 they look good in WC paint, and a Saturn getting nailed by the local in Black Creek.
